The in-house measuring laboratory meets vertical integration and networked lowering. Thanks to our high process depth, we at Rosendahl Nextrom can track, accompany and continuously optimize every process step. This depth provides us with a lot of experience and extraordinary know-how. We design and produce all core elements of our machines ourselves and test the components in our in-house measuring laboratory. With the knowledge of the entire production chain and networked thinking, we can identify the effects of the smallest deviations.

As a result of our in-house development department, we can optimize individual parts. We achieve this with quality tests and measurement results even before they are produced. Event-related, precise testing, beyond specified protocols, ensures the error-free and long service life of our solutions at an early stage. A single deviation at the beginning of the process may not be noticeable, but it can lead to massive effects at the end of a process. We recognize these connections at an early stage.

High quality means that the customer’s expectations or requirements are fully met or exceeded. With our high European safety and quality standards, we certainly set standards. However, we work for a global market, and there we sometimes find different requirements. By having design, production, and quality management in-house, we can react to individual – higher – requirements at any time and adapt production accordingly. We design and operate efficient processes for the benefit of the customer.

Responding to changing supply chains
Quality does not start with the development and design of a single part. Minimal deviations in the materials have a lasting impact on performance.

Especially today, with constant adjustments in the supply chains, continuous material testing is a central measure for quality assurance.

Small differences may, for example, require an adapted design. No problem if all parts of the process chain happen in-house – tailor-made in Europe – and are subject to ongoing quality control. We continue to work on improving our reliability and are constantly expanding our know-how in this area as well.

Learning from mistakes
For us, quality management does not end with sales. Our high service standards include a reporting system, which allows us to learn from mistakes and incorporate insights directly into design and production. Of course, our quality standards apply equally to spare parts.
