Fiber marking using 1 or 2 inkjet black ring markings is the industry standard today. Giving producers limitations in speed, color combinations and increased attenuation. These factors limit productivity, flexibility and identification options.
By applying the ring directly within the coating process, Nextrom’s wet-on-wet Multicolor Marking (MCM) creates a new standard.
MCM enables much higher speeds, multi-color identification and minimal attenuation increases, equivalent to standard fiber coloring.
