We introduce our brand new solution for strapping prismatic cells.

The BMe strap is a strapping machine specifically designed for the assembly of prismatic cells, supporting both Lithium-Ion (Li+) and Sodium-Ion (Na+) cells. Its innovative technology provides precise compression of cell stacks, independent of the cell thickness tolerances. This ensures enhanced stability and quality in the production process. The machine utilizes an open metal strap, which is tensioned around the cell stack. Combined with robust end plates made of die-cast aluminum or extrusion profiles, it ensures a secure and efficient structure.
 
  1. pre-assembled stainless steel tension straps (isolated or non-isolated)
  2. adjustable compression force from 0.5 kN to 15 kN for various cell configurations
  3. optional use of insulation films, compression pads, and adhesive options for cell stacks

we focus on a flexible setup

The BMe strap is designed for both fully automated operation in assembly lines and semi-automated processes. It allows for automatic or manual product evacuation – even in the event of power loss.

Thanks to the alignment of cell terminals and its versatile design, the machine can work with loose or glued cell stacks, meeting diverse production requirements.

The BMe strap can either be a stand-alone station or a station being seamlessly integrated into existing production lines. With its high flexibility and precision, it supports the increasing demands for quality and reliability in battery module assembling.
