Our BM-Rosendahl Control Center (BMCC) is built to meet exactly these requirements by automatically collecting, structuring, and making production data accessible and actionable. BMCC gathers information from your production environment in real-time, aggregates it, and stores it locally. The system then analyzes and reports the collected data, enabling continuous process optimization.
BMCC ensures seamless connectivity between production and line control systems through direct data acquisition from PLCs via OPC-UA. It establishes a robust bi-directional link between PLCs and SQL databases, enabling efficient synchronization of product and machine data ensuring no bit of information is lost during transfer.

BMCC standard modules
The following modules are integrated as standard modules in the BMCC system and can be extended through software options.
Graphic User Interface
The graphic user interface presents clear menus alongside functional diagrams and parameters for efficient navigation. Its intuitive design ensures simple, direct usability through both touch screen and control panel. Built on an HTML5-based server-client architecture, the application supports multi-language operation and can be scaled up to unlimited clients, making it ideal for global business environments. Additionally, the BMCC home screen allows configuration with predefined widgets. This gives you full visibility of your battery line production on a single screen, tailor-made to your needs.
Line and Machine Status
Set a clear, real-time overview of your entire line and station status, including current orders, progress, and operating modes. Our solution enables live tracking and analysis of line and machine efficiency (OEE), supported by both live and historical KPIs. Optional station HMI integration provides deeper insights into your current processes, ensuring that production performance is always visible and measurable, structured according to your needs, and easy to access and use.
Product and Machine Data
BMCC tracks IDs and serial numbers across every production stage, with automatic created product data reports export functionality for seamless documentation of relevant process data.
Alarm Management System
Maintain full control of your production environment with a complete overview of all active alarms, easily filtered by station. Historic alarms can be reviewed by date and station, enabling detailed analysis of frequency and duration. This transparency helps identify recurring issues and supports targeted improvements across the line.
Cycle Time Analysis
At the top, BMCC tracks your actual cycle time at the station level. This feature highlights your targets for achieving full line efficiency, shows cycle time trends for your defined period, and allows raw data export for your detailed analysis.

Easily create and trigger production orders while automatically downloading recipes to PLCs. Streamline operations with machine settings and material change instructions, track progress with a status overview, and manage production start and empty line processes efficiently.
video camera integration
Monitor your operations from anywhere with web and mobile access by integrating video cameras to BMCC. Access unlimited camera views and track critical process steps in real time, wherever you are.
