Rosendahl’s powerful metal tape-forming and welding line processes copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and alloys to provide optimal protection in subsea and land environments. This opens up many possibilities for HV cable manufacturing.
Alternative material for medium-voltage
By forgoing the cross-linking process and transitioning to PP-based compounds, the insulation of MV cables becomes much more efficient. This leads to a quick return on investment and lower operating costs than achieved with massive CV lines.

The latest dual-layer extrusion process integrates insulation and jacketing in a single production step. This not only simplifies the process, but also results in higher production speeds, lower investment costs, and a shorter line length.
