Advanced fiber technologies for future datacom networks
Rosendahl Nextrom covers the complete manufacturing chain for compact, high-fiber-count datacom cables. The portfolio includes industry-leading fiber draw and proof testing solutions at speeds of up to 3,500 m/min, flexible rollable ribbon manufacturing with adjustable bonding patterns and missing-weld detection, as well as solutions for fiber identification, SZ super-bundling, and cable jacketing.
High-Speed Multicolor Ringmarking
Nextrom’s Multicolor Ringmarking ensures high-quality fiber identification with 80+ color combinations and minimal attenuation increase, overcoming limitations of traditional inkjet marking. Its wet-on-wet process delivers sharp rings at up to 1,600 m/min, unlocking new cable concepts and higher fiber counts.

Next-generation automotive wire extrusion
Rosendahl will present extrusion solutions for flat conductors such as busbars and magnet wire, together with the speed upgrade of its automotive wire insulation line, now reaching 2,400 m/min.

A special highlight for the Indian market will be Windak’s new MultiCoiler MC260, a flexible 3-in-1 coiling system designed to support versatile and more sustainable packaging concepts, including coil-in-a-box, stretch-wrapped coils, and tuck-under packaging with a self-retained cable end.Â
